The Foundation has been successful in obtaining a grant from the European Social Fund (ESF) to develop a Friday morning IT and social club for older people in the local community and surrounding areas.

The Big Lottery Fund have provided a 2 year grant for the Foundation to develop its actvities and offer to young people.

The Leche Foundation, Pilgrim Trust and Leicestershire County Council have funded essential work to restore the gates and the piers of the historic building.

Find Your talent has funded the development of a recording studio in the East Cellar - this will be available for use by young people and managed by them - this grant from Find Your Talent will provide the necessary matched fuding to apply to Youth Bank in March.

Thanks to a grant from Vibrant Villages we have been able to create new offices, a reception area and multi purpose community room in the Old Stables.

The Parish Council continues to provide support for the Foundation and has just supplied a grant to cover the purchase of a fold away pool table and to continue the music activities at the youth club for another term 

The Foundation would like to thank all of its funders for supporting them in their endeavours to care for the historic building and to provide a wide range of events and activities for the local and wider community.
