After our original reception venue went into administration, we discovered this much better setting for our wedding reception. We never imagined that we would be able to afford to get married in such a wonderful location, but got an excellent deal on the hire of the Hall and the wonderful bar in the cellar below which many of our guests said they loved. The staff were brilliant from start to finish, including for us to view the place, communicating with us about the details, helping us to decorate the room (providing decorations too) and on the night we did not have to worry about a thing, everyone had drinks, glasses were cleared from the tables and they supplied anything else we needed. I would recommend anyone consideing it as a venue to have a look and talk to the staff. I love that this wonderful building has so much history and staff didn't seem to mind letting us have a look around the building and answering questions about it."
