• Homemade soup, creme fraiche, bread roll
• Mozzarella and tomato millefeuille
• Goats cheese and tomato pastry
• Chicken liver with Provencal
• Duck & cherry pate
• Potted crab

Mains

• Supreme of free range chicken, with a white wine cream
• Corn fed breast of chicken, with a mushroom sauce
• Oven roasted breast of chicken with a tarragon cream jus
• creamy mushroom & Stilton savoury tartlet
• Individual roasted red pepper and red pesto pastry
• All of the above are served with new potatoes and seasonal vegetables
