Appleby Magna History Website
Appleby Magna History Website (established 2000).
A National Lottery Millennium Grant funded Appleby’s history website. Run by Marilyn Dunkelman of Information Byway, the website collected research, photographs and memories from local residents (including Dunmore). Contributions from further afield included memories from Anne Silins, who had moved to Canada as a child, and doctoral research from Alan Roberts, now in Adelaide Australia.
